Price Protection Program - Medisoft
Version 15 New Licenses
Effective January 1, 2010, any new Medisoft Version 15 products sold
between January 1, 2010 and March 03, 2010 qualifies for an opportunity
to purchase a Medisoft Version 16 upgrade for
like product simply by paying the difference in price between Medisoft
Version 15 and Medisoft Version 16 (if there is an increase).
Price Protection Guidelines:
• Medisoft Version 15 sales must be completed between January 1, 2010
and March 03, 2010.
Product registration of each new Medisoft Version 16
license must be completed no later than March 11, 2011.
• Orders for price protected upgrades must be received no later than Friday, March 12, 2010.
• Price protected upgrade orders can only be processed for like product upgrades. No "in-version move-ups."
• McKesson has sole discretion for all price protection submission request qualifications.
