Appointment Scheduler

The AspConnection system has a powerful appointment scheduler that allows your front desk to manage the schedules of multiple practitioners and multiple locations from one screen. Whether a patient is seeking an appointment with a specific practitioner, or a specific date/time, or a specific office location (in a multi-location practice), or a combination of these, the receptionist can easily find the right appointment. Color-coded screens make all this information visually accessible, and minimize confusion and user error. These color-coded appointment screens can also be used to indicate which encounter type a practitioner is open for - physicals, sick only, consultations - whatever works for your practice.

Once the appointment is scheduled, the system can send out email or regular mail reminders automatically. Reminders can also be sent for re-checks, immunizations, and whatever other encounter types you desire.
