A “Top 50 List” to assist electronic claims submitters with rejections from Proxy Med. The list contains suggestions for the most probable resolution to the rejection. The list does not include every possible rejection from the clearinghouse and is not specific to any version of NDCMedisoft.

Program used to receive and post electronic remittance advice files from the Stratus system (also called the Host system) at the NDC Electronic Claims Processing electronic claims clearinghouse. Requires Medisoft, Medisoft Advanced, Medisoft Multi-User or Medisoft Client/Server for Windows version 5.66.
