      Unopened Books :  We will refund the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee.  You must call our office at 502-538-4665 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, to receive a Return Authorization number BEFORE returning your product.  Your product will not be accepted without a RA#.  You will be responsible for shipping and insuring the product back to Sunrise Services, LLC.!
